Individual Therapy
You may find yourself going through a hard time, or you might have been feeling this way for a while now. You aren’t alone in your struggles. Seeking help when you’re facing challenges is not a weakness, but in fact, a great strength.
In individual therapy, you will learn a lot about yourself and your relationship with others. This is the space for you to “untie your knots,” and make sense of what is happening inside and outside of yourself. Throughout this process, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and challenged. I aim to provide a balance of “talking through” your issues and giving you the tools to take the appropriate next steps.
Going to therapy is a difficult step for many, but can be a courageous decision in fostering growth and healing.

emdr tHERAPY
Sometimes, past experiences linger in ways that are hard to explain. A recent event might have stirred something deep, or certain memories may still carry emotional weight. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you’re not alone, and support is available.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured approach to help people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. It doesn’t require talking in detail about the past. Instead, it helps your brain reprocess difficult memories so they feel less intense. As EMDRIA explains, the goal is to restore the brain’s natural healing ability, much like how the body recovers from physical wounds.
In our sessions, I’ll guide you through this process at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or painful beliefs about yourself, EMDR can be a powerful step toward lasting change. And while it’s not always easy, choosing this path is a true act of strength and care.
Adolescent and Teen Therapy
Life as a teen can feel overwhelming. So much is shifting inside and out, and it’s not always easy to keep up. Whether things have felt off lately or have been building for a while, you don’t have to face it alone. Reaching out takes courage and is a true sign of strength.
Teen therapy offers a safe space to explore emotions, make sense of challenges, and better understand themselves and their relationships. My role is to help your teen feel supported and empowered, while also encouraging growth and real-life progress. Together, we’ll talk things through and build tools they can take with them.
Starting therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be a powerful part of healing and growing into who they’re meant to be.
