Frequently asked questions

Sessions can last anywhere from 45-55 minutes. We will address any concerns that have been on your mind, whether it is from the past, present, or about the future. We all have a story, and I strive to provide a safe environment to help “untie your knots.” My hope is that you develop a deeper understanding of who you are and how you relate to the world around you. And most importantly, that you feel heard, and challenged.
I am here to offer support and be a guide, but ultimately you are the expert of your own life. We will work collaboratively to ensure that you are getting the most insight and actions steps in your healing journey.

My private pay rate is $130 per session.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar Health, Quest Behavioral Health, United Medical Resources, and United Healthcare.

I meet with clients both in-person and online.

I have in office in San Marcos and Austin, Texas.

In the first session, we will meet for 60 minutes. This is a time where I get to know you better, and explore present concerns, needs, and goals for yourself. I will ask you a series of questions regarding your personal history, family history, cultural and spiritual influences to gain a better understanding of who you are and what your life experience has been.
At the end of your first appointment, we’ll determine your treatment plan and what to expect in our sessions moving forward. Clients will typically begin with meeting weekly or biweekly.
